For the 35th INCITE Awards, Chief Judge Celia Jordaan is hosting a short briefing to help prospective nominees understand how to enter.

Celia is a strategic procurement and commercial leader with more than 30 years’ experience across mining, resources, infrastructure, government and technology sectors. She has been involved with the INCITE Awards for many years, bringing deep expertise in evaluating technology innovation through the lens of real-world impact, commercial viability and organisational value. For the past few years, Celia has travelled to participate as a judge in both the national iAwards and international Asia-Pacific ICT Alliance Awards, and is highly respected in these communities for her dilligence and professionalism.
Her career has focused on developing high-value sourcing strategies, innovative commercial models and strategic partnerships, giving her strong insight into how technology and innovation translate into practical outcomes for industry and government. Celia is known for asking the right questions to uncover the real problem and assess whether solutions are credible, scalable and capable of delivering measurable value.
Celia has served as Deputy Chief Judge for several years; in 2026, Celia has stepped into the top role to oversee this milestone year.
