Fifteen years. More than $800,000 raised. And a community that keeps showing up.
That's the story of putt4dough — and this year, we wrote one of its best chapters yet.
Our 15th anniversary event, held at Joondalup Resort Golf Club on Tuesday 18 November, was a milestone worth celebrating. With player groups sold out and the energy of a community that genuinely cares, the day delivered everything we hoped for — great golf, great company, and great purpose.
This year, we set our sights on something close to the heart: life-like simulation training manikins for Perth Children's Hospital Foundation. It's equipment that trains medical professionals to respond with speed and precision when premature babies — 1 in 10, by the Foundation's own estimates — arrive into the world needing immediate care. That's the kind of impact that makes every dollar count.

Babies born premature in WA
We were thrilled to welcome former West Coast Eagles captain Ben Cousins as our guest speaker. Ben spoke with honesty and heart about resilience, community, and the value of support — themes that sit at the very core of what putt4dough is about.
His presence added something special to the evening, and his commitment to the cause was genuine. It was a reminder that behind every event are real people, real stories, and real impact.

This year's beneficiary: life-like simulation training manikins that help medical professionals respond with speed and precision when premature babies arrive into the world needing immediate care.
Life-like manikins that train medical professionals to respond with speed and precision in critical moments.
1 in 10 babies in WA are born premature. This equipment directly supports those who need it most in their first moments.
Every dollar raised goes toward equipment that saves lives and supports families across Western Australia.
None of this happens without the people who make it possible. This is your achievement.
Founded in 2010 by Chris Marshall as a simple idea for WA's tech sector to give back, putt4dough has grown into something far bigger than any of us imagined. It is now a true platform for good — and proof that when a community comes together, the impact is lasting.
As we close out this milestone year, we're proud of what we've built and excited about what comes next. The kids and families at Perth Children's Hospital are counting on us — and WA's tech community continues to answer that call.
Thank you for being part of it.
